Dead After Life – What Then?

731. DEAD AFTER LIFE, NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCES
When I was five years old I was the victim of a crime. I was left for dead and think, still, at this time that I did die. I do remember the feeling of my body getting very cold and then slipping away, as if my consciousness existed but my body was dead. I’ve always questioned whether this experience was the product of a dying brain — a hallucination of sorts – but my heart knows something happened.
The experience was distressing in the sense that I didn’t want to come back and was mad about it. I saw a man standing in what looked like a cave. He was in brown and had brown hair. He was looking at me and I had the impression he was talking to me, but his mouth wasn’t moving. I don’t know what he said. His eyes were very black and round. I do remember pleading with him to let me stay. I got the sense there were others with me as well. It was warm and calm. I think he might have told me it wasn’t my time, but I was so upset about not being allowed to stay I’m not sure I was listening to him properly. We were not raised with any particular religious upbringing but we were exposed to many different religions as a child.
I was found by my sister but I never talked about the experience until well into my twenties.

75. AFTER LIFE, NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCES, OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE
I was hospitalized, near death with Hepatitis, my liver was shutting down, I was told I was near death for 2 days……..All I remember was watching them work on my body, I was watching from above, my deceased Mother appeared, and I took her hand and went to go with her, she told me no, and sent me back.

661. AFTER LIFE NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCES
I had a major car accident when I was 28, knocked the windshield out with my head, was unconscious and had amnesia (and it was thought that I had broken my neck, which I didn’t). While I was unconscious I was transported to an indescribable meadow with grass and flowers that were of colors that don’t exist on earth. It was if they were of a celestial palette. My father was there comforting me. I remember being in such a state of peace, absolute tranquility. It is an emotion that I would love to be able to recapture.

339. DEAD AFTER LIFE, NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCES
On … I was in a major car accident. I was thrown from the passenger seat and flew out the windshield about 150ft and the car landed on my right side, head and all.
I was pronounced dead at the scene but the paramedics would not give up (thank God). they got me back, but barely, I was in a coma for 5 days and in the hospital for 4 months. I remember what I thought were dreams that I know now where paranormal experiences. My deceased family members came to me and held me in their arms and comforted me. It was a very distressing experiences because when I woke up from the coma I was brain damaged and didn’t understand simple things let alone paranormal experiences! I understand now.

I fell into a relative’s swimming pool and almost drowned. I saw a light that was bright that I was wanting to go to, but I just couldn’t reach it.

when i was 15..at a party…i overdosed on some pills…by the time my so called friends braved up enough to get me help.. i was already in a coma..i was told by mom that while they were treating me in hospital my heart had stopped three times..I remember seeing myself…looking down at myself in the hospital bed..and watching as the doctors and nurses cut off my clothes..and dressed me.. i remember..sitting next to my mom in the waiting room..she was crazy because they would not let her come back to the icu…she spilled her purse..and lost her lipstick.. when i come out of my 72 hour coma..i asked her if she found the lipstick..i guess its possible i could have heard about the lipstick in the coma…but mom told me and everyone..she never discussed that in the icu..or even said anything to anyone about it..she had wrote it off..only being worried about me..anyhow thats my near death experience..

1098. DEAD AFTER LIFE, NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCES, SCIENCE AND RELIGION
I was in my room in the dorm in college alone. I was a dorm counselor. I was sick. I saw myself leave my body and was above it looking down…then I went through a tunnel into this magnificent loving light. It was so peaceful, and calm and loving. There was a “crowd” around someone and I realized it was Jesus and I wanted to go where I could see him and was told I couldn’t because it was not my time. Then I realized to stay would mean I would die. I thought, “I can’t die yet. I have too much I have to do!” Instantly I was back in my body.

Car wreck head on with a tree. near death exp. 45 years old. while parmedic were calling in life flight and giving hospital my status I left but I was out of my body, but it felt different than astral projection. Changed me I went back to dealing and living more by the spirit. I see a therpist over this still today.
