Emotional and Spiritual Cleansing
Why not take some time out and spring clean your life now?
If you’re looking for a positive change in your life, there’s no better time to start than right now. For those in the Northern Hemisphere, spring is here and it’s the season of new life and new beginnings. It’s a time of change and making change, so why not move with Mother Nature and embrace the new, the possibilities – the potential in life?
Are you feeling a bit blue and in need of an emotional overhaul? Are you perhaps restless and unsatisfied with what you’ve attracted into your life? If the answer is yes, then why not take this opportunity (it won’t come around for another year!) to take stock of you and your life. In addition to changing over your wardrobe and sorting out your papers, it could be argued that there is often a need for a bigger cull. When was the last time you took stock of your spiritual health?
What was the last great book you read in this genre?
Was it an excellent book by the world-renowned parapsychologist Dean Radin? Or perhaps one of the latest spiritual books such as The Untethered Soul. If you’re more science-religion inclined have you checked out Super Brain by Deepak Chopra? There is nothing like a good read of an inspiring book! In my experience, it helps in so many ways and on so many levels.
If you need to talk to someone and a close friend is not available, remember there are free Crisis Help Lines around the world. Just pick up the phone and you will find a good sounding board. If you are looking for something more interactive, when was the last time you sort guidance from a medium and clairvoyant.
Of course, the important thing is to find someone who you are comfortable with, someone who is open and honest with you. For some people, it’s easier to speak to a stranger than someone they know.
If this is you, when was the last time you had your cards read? You could give a tarot reading a go. There are many great Readers in the world. Some people find that using the services of a practitioner, who uses an instrument such as the Tarot, actually helps them to focus their attention so that the answers to their questions can be revealed insightfully.
So why not give your life a bit of a spring-clean? You can either pick up the broom and the duster – and that is a good thing too – or check out services such as those linked to above. No matter what you decide, remember to look after yourself and seize the day.
